This new piece is entitled "Beyond the Canal" is from the series "Isolated but not alone". Like many of us, I have endeavored to push through the difficulties of this year and remain hopeful. My artwork searches for the same answers.
The question is: Will 2021 be a good year? The answer "I sure hope so" finds itself laced with doubt. True hope says, I believe all is well because I have a promise from God that all will be well. It anchors my emotions. True hope has joy attached to it. I can smile even when things do not look good.
Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15;13
